Gez has an extensive commercial background in a number of very different international markets, product groups and business cultures which means he is well placed to understand and support the needs and objectives of our clients.

In addition to a successful record in senior roles with multinational businesses TorFX, ICI Chemicals and Polymers, Fujiseal Inc and Tui Group, this includes his past experience as a director and shareholder of a high growth UK manufacturing company with a large overseas exposure, through to business sale. By which time they had achieved a profitable annual turnover of close to £50 Million, 9 years post company inception. Between 2002 and 2007 the business consistently achieved industry wide recognition including:

- The Times Fast Track Top 100: ranked 3rd in Manufacturing, 35th overall
- The Real Business Magazine Hot 100 for Britain's fastest growing, profitable companies: ranked 4th in Manufacturing and Engineering, 43rd overall
- The Business XL Magazine Top 50 Rising Stars: ranked 41st
- The Sunday Times Buyout Fast Track 100, 2007: ranked 16th for Private Equity backed company buyouts with the fastest growing profits over the prior 3 year period

- In April 2007 Esterform Packaging was sold for £30 Million to a Private Equity backed bid.

Gez is also an experienced foreign exchange specialist with a track record of helping companies and individuals make significant cost savings on their currency transactions and minimize their exposure to exchange rate volatility.

Matt is an experienced commercial lead with over 20 years at PLCs and SMEs driving revenue growth across a variety of sectrors.
